127. In paragraph 3 of the Schedule (excepted pupils) to the School Admissions (Infant Class Sizes) (England) Regulations 2012(1), after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 74 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
