Ar ôl rheoliad 5 (cymhwyso darpariaethau etc.) mewnosoder y canlynol—
“5A.
Paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 does not apply to a child who is remanded to local authority accommodation under section 91(3) of the 2012 Act.”.
