156.  In regulation 40 (certain payments to be disregarded) paragraph (b)(ii)—

(a) for “or section 57” substitute “, section 57”;

(b) after “Health and Social Care Act 2001” insert “or sections 50 to 53 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
