In regulation 80 (co-operation with investigations) paragraph (2) of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 201599, in the definition of “local authority”—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(b)

at the end of paragraph (c) for “and” substitute “or”;

(c)

after paragraph (c) insert—

“(d)

the council of a county or county borough in Wales; and”.
