187.  In regulation 73 (co-operation with investigations) paragraph (2) of the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015(1), in the definition of “local authority”—

(a)at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(b)at the end of paragraph (c) for “and” substitute “or”;

(c)after paragraph (c) insert—

“(d)the council of a county or county borough in Wales; and”.
