Gall Gorchmynion Cychwyn a restrir yn y blwch 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' fel rhai sydd heb eu gwneud eto ddod â'r fersiwn ragolygol hon i rym.
Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 (Diwygiadau Canlyniadol) (Is-ddeddfwriaeth) 2016. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.

(a)hepgorer “the Community Care, Services for Carers and Children’s Services (Direct Payments) (Wales) Regulations 2011”;
(b)ar ôl “2002” hepgorer “or”;
(c)ar ôl “1968” mewnosoder “or under regulations made under sections 50 to 53 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
