207.—(1) Regulation 7 (issue of proceedings) paragraph (1) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit “or regulation 5A(2)”.

(3) Omit “or the Welsh family proceedings officer”.

(4) Omit “or the National Assembly for Wales”.
