6. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (medical and dental practitioners) to the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995(1) in the definition of “local authority”—
(a)at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (b) for “;” substitute “, or”;
(c)after paragraph (b) insert the following—
“(c)a council of a county or county borough in Wales;”.
