In regulation 7A (independent investigator) of the Staffing of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 200641 in paragraphs (3)(b), (5)(a) and (5)(c)(i) for “guidance issued under section 7 of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970” substitute “a code issued under section 145 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
