The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 200612 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(2) (other persons to be regarded as forming a single household for the purposes of section 254 of the Act), after “Fostering Services (Wales) Regulations 2003” insert “or the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (Wales) Regulations 201513 (as the case may be)”.
