Procedure to be followed in connection with the withdrawal of notice under section 37 of the 2015 Act3

HEFCW may withdraw notice given under section 37 by notice of withdrawal to the governing body of the institution.

Notice of withdrawal under paragraph (1) must—
a
be in writing;
b
be dated; and
c
inform the governing body of the institution of the reasons for the withdrawal of notice under section 37.

The date on which notice under section 37 is withdrawn is the date of notice of withdrawal.
