Amendment of the Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 200920.

The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

In Schedule 2 (definition of relevant feed law)—

(a)

omit paragraph (c); and

(b)

in paragraph (f), for “the Animal Feed (Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Animal Feed (Composition, Marketing and Use) (Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
