Consequential amendments E+W

39.—(1) The Official Feed and Food Controls (Wales) Regulations 2009 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In Schedule 2 (definition of relevant feed law)—

(a) omit paragraph (b); and

(b) in paragraph (e), for “the Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2005” substitute “ the Animal Feed (Hygiene, Sampling etc. and Enforcement) (Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
