Mae Deddf Cyfiawnder Troseddol a Mewnfudo 2008 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Yn adran 7 (gorchmynion adsefydlu ieuenctid: dehongli) yn is-adran (5), yn y diffiniad o “social services functions”—
a
ar ôl y geiriau “social services functions” mewnosoder “in relation to a local authority in England,”;
b
ar y diwedd mewnosoder—
b
in relation to a local authority in Wales, means the social services functions of the authority for the purposes of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4).
