129. In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4A(1) to the Water Industry Act 1991 (premises that are not to be disconnected for non-payment of charges) in the definition of “care home”—E+W
(a)omit paragraph (b), and
(b)after paragraph (c) insert—
“(d)a building or part of a building—
(i)in which accommodation is provided under Part 4 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014; and
(ii)which is not part of premises any part of which is a children’s home within the meaning of the Care Standards Act 2000;”.
