76. In section 23C(5B)(1) (continuing functions in respect of former relevant children) for “appropriate national authority” substitute “Secretary of State”.
Section 22C was inserted by the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 (c. 35), section 2(1) and (4); subsections (5A) to (5C) were inserted by the Children and Young Persons Act 2008 (c. 23), section 21(1) and (2).
