The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 62D and 62H of the Town and Country Planning Act 19901, and conferred on the Secretary of State by section 333 of that Act2 now exercisable by them3, and conferred on them by section 57 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, make the following Regulations:
