The 2012 Order is amended as follows.

After article 1(3) insert—

Nothing in this Order, except for articles 29 and 30, applies where—
a
an application is made to the Welsh Ministers under section 62D of the 1990 Act (developments of national significance: applications to be made to the Welsh Ministers); or
b
such an application is proposed to be made.
