Where the Welsh Ministers appoint an assessor under paragraph 14 of Schedule 4D to the 1990 Act, they must notify the applicant, the local planning authority and any person invited to take part in the hearing of the name of the assessor and of the matters on which the assessor is to advise the appointed person.
