The Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) (Wales) Regulations 200628 are amended as follows.

In regulation 6(4) after “major development” insert “or development of national significance”.

In regulation 6(8) at the appropriate place insert—
“development of national significance” (“datblygiad o arwyddocâd cenedlaethol”) means development which is of national significance for the purposes of section 62D of the 1990 Act.
