3. In regulation 2 of these Regulations in their application to consent requested under section 38(1) of the Commons Act 2006, reference to an “appointed person” (“person penodedig”) is to the person appointed by the Welsh Ministers under regulation 3 of the Works on Common Land, etc. (Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2012.E+W
