SCHEDULE 3E+WPlacing rails, beams etc. over highways Modifications to primary legislation
1. Section 178 of the Highways Act 1980 (restriction on placing rails, beams etc. over highways) is read as if—E+W
(a)in subsection (1) reference to the highway authority for the highway and the highway authority are references to the Welsh Ministers;
(b)subsections (2) and (3) are omitted.
