Regulation 24 is to be read as if—
a
in paragraph (1) for “Where an EIA application is determined by a local planning authority” it read “Where a local planning authority adopt a local development order granting permission for development which constitutes EIA development”; and
b
paragraphs (2) and (3) were omitted.
