F1Regulations revoked (16.5.2017) by The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/567), regs. 1(2), 65(1) (subject to savings and transitional provisions in regs. 63, 65(2)-(10))
1.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3(10), for “the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999”, substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
(3) In paragraphs (10) and (11) of article 3—
(a)for “regulation 4(7)” substitute “ regulation 4(8) ”;
(b)for “regulation 6(4)” substitute “ regulation 6(6) ”; and
(c)after “the Secretary of State has” in each place where those words occur, insert “ , or the Welsh Ministers have, ”.]
