Atal dros dro: gwarchodwyr plant a darparwyr gofal dydd
14.—(1) Mae’r erthygl hon yn gymwys pan fo person, sydd wedi ei gofrestru o dan Ran 2 o’r Mesur, yn union cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo—
(a)yn cael ei atal dros dro gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan reoliad 40 o Reoliadau 2010;
(b)yn cael ei atal dros dro yn wirfoddol o dan reoliad 46 o Reoliadau 2010.
(2) Nid yw gweithredu erthyglau 7(1) a 11(1) yn y Gorchymyn hwn yn effeithio ar atal cofrestriad person dros dro.
