2.  In the table in Schedule 1 (seed to which these Regulations apply) to the Seed Marketing (Wales) Regulations 2012(1), in the first column (plants to which the Regulations apply), for “Lolium x boucheanum Kunth” substitute “Lolium x hybridum Hausskn”.
