2. Yn y Gorchymyn hwn—
ystyr “y Cyngor” (“the Council”) yw Cyngor y Gweithlu Addysg y parheir â’i fodolaeth gan adran 2 o Ddeddf Addysg (Cymru) 2014;
ystyr “y meini prawf achredu” (“the accreditation criteria”) yw’r meini prawf ar gyfer yr achrediad neu ar gyfer tynnu achrediad yn ôl a bennir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan reoliadau a wneir o dan adran 132 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002(1).
