1. Every applicant, eligible student, eligible distance learning student, eligible part-time student and eligible postgraduate student must, as soon as reasonably practicable after being requested to do so, provide the Welsh Ministers with such information as the Welsh Ministers consider they require for the purposes of these Regulations.E+W
