12.—(1) The Local Authority (Adoption) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “social worker”—
(a)at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (c) omit the full stop and insert—
“; or
(d)the register maintained by Social Care Wales under section 80 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.”
