2.—(1) The Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 53 (additional requirements for applications for a proxy vote), in paragraph (2)(n) for “section 56 of the Care Standards Act 2000” substitute “section 80 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016”.
