Rheoliadau Addysg (Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr) (Cymru) 2015
30.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr) (Cymru) 2015(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 115 (myfyrwyr ôl-raddedig cymwys)—
(a)ar ddiwedd paragraff (4)(a)(iv) hepgorer “or”;
(b)ar ôl paragraff (4)(a)(v) mewnosoder—
“(vi)unrhyw lwfans, bwrsari neu ddyfarniad o ddisgrifiad tebyg a wnaed o dan adran 116(2)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio ac Arolygu Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2016 sy’n cynnwys taliad er mwyn talu am wariant ychwanegol a ysgwyddwyd gan A oherwydd ei anabledd; neu.”
