33.—(1) The Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (Wales) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 54(1) (qualifications and experience of independent reviewing officers) for “the Care Council for Wales” substitute “Social Care Wales”.
