The instruments listed in column (1) of the Schedule are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to Wales to the extent indicated in column (3) subject to paragraph (2).

The instruments listed in column (1) of the Schedule continue to apply where an appeal is made in relation to an enforcement notice issued before these Regulations come into force.
