These Regulations apply to appeals against enforcement notices issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 182 of the Planning Act and to appeals against listed building enforcement notices issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 46 of the Listed Buildings Act, subject to the modifications set out in Schedule 3.
