1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Town and Country Planning (Trees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2017 and they come into force on 5 May 2017.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) In these Regulations—
“the Planning Act” (“y Ddeddf Gynllunio”) means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
“the 1999 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1999”) means the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999(1).
S.I. 1999/1892 to which there are amendments but none are relevant.
