62. Rhaid i ddarpariaethau a gynhwysir mewn gorchymyn datblygu yn rhinwedd adran 60 o Ddeddf 1990 (caniatâd a roddir gan orchymyn datblygu)(1) sy’n galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i roi cyfarwyddydau, eu galluogi i gyfarwyddo bod datblygiad sydd o ddisgrifiad a grybwyllir yng Ngholofn 1 y tabl yn Atodlen 2, a hefyd o ddosbarth a ddisgrifir yn y cyfarwyddyd yn ddatblygiad AEA at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn.
