The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2017

Provisions coming into force on 31 May 2017

4.  The appointed day for the coming into force of the following sections of the 2016 Act is 31 May 2017—

(a) section 4;

(b) section 25;

(c) section 26; and

(d) sections 35 to 37.
