Consequential amendment to the Developments of National Significance (Wales) Regulations 20167

In the Developments of National Significance (Wales) Regulations 20167, for paragraph 1(2)(b) of Schedule 2 substitute—
b
the items listed or referred to in regulation 3(1) of the Ancient Monuments (Applications for Scheduled Monument Consent) (Wales) Regulations 2017.

Paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to an application for planning permission made under section 62D of the Town and Country Planning Act 19908 before 31 May 2017.
