5.—(1) Gydag effaith o 20 Medi 2017, mae Gorchymyn Deddf Tiroedd Comin 2006 (Cychwyn Rhif 4) (Cymru) 2017(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ar ôl erthygl 3 ychwaneger—
“Estyn cymhwysiad adrannau 19 a 22 o Ddeddf 2006 ac Atodlen 2 iddi
4.—(1) Mewn perthynas ag unrhyw ardal yng Nghymru, mae cyfeiriadau yn adrannau 19 a 22 o Ddeddf 2006, ac Atodlen 2 iddi, ac unrhyw reoliadau a wneir o dan y darpariaethau hynny, at gofrestr o dir comin neu feysydd tref neu bentref, hyd nes y daw adran 1 o Ddeddf 2006 i rym mewn perthynas â’r ardal honno, i’w cymryd fel pe baent yn gyfeiriadau at gofrestr o’r fath a gynhelir o dan adrannau 1 a 3 o Ddeddf 1965.
(2) Mewn perthynas ag unrhyw ardal yng Nghymru, mae adrannau 19 a 22 o Ddeddf 2006, ac Atodlen 2 iddi, ac unrhyw reoliadau a wneir o dan y darpariaethau hynny, hyd nes y daw adran 1 o Ddeddf 2006 i rym mewn perthynas â’r ardal honno, i’w cymhwyso fel pe bai, yn adran 61(2)(b) o Ddeddf 2006, “sections 1 and 3 of the Commons Registration Act 1965” wedi ei roi yn lle’r geiriau “Part 1 of this Act”.”
