Personau y caniateir i Weinidogion Cymru gyflenwi gwybodaeth iddynt at ddibenion cymhwysol
7.—(1) At ddibenion adran 114(3) o Ddeddf 2005, mae’r canlynol yn bersonau rhagnodedig—
(a)Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru;
(b)yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol;
(c)gweinyddwr y Cynllun Pensiwn Athrawon;
(d)awdurdod lleol yng Nghymru;
(e)y Cyngor;
(f)perchennog ysgol yng Nghymru;
(g)swyddfa economeg y gweithlu(1); a
(h)personau sy’n cynnal gwaith ymchwil sy’n ymwneud â gweithwyr cymhwysol neu hyfforddeion cymhwysol y gellir disgwyl iddo fod o fudd i’r cyhoedd.
(2) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddarparu’r wybodaeth honno y cyfeirir ati yn yr Atodlen mewn cysylltiad â phersonau sydd neu sydd wedi bod yn weithwyr cymhwysol neu’n hyfforddeion cymhwysol i unrhyw berson a ragnodir ym mharagraff (1).
