Title and commencement E+W

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2018.

(2) This Order comes into force on 21 January 2019.

Revocations E+W

2.  The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2016 M1 ;

(b) the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2017 M2 .

Designations E+W

3.  A body which is listed in the Schedule to this Order is a designated body for the purposes of section 126A of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in relation to the Welsh Ministers M3 .

M3 By virtue of section 124(3)(a) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 the Welsh Ministers are a “relevant person” for the purposes of section 126A of that Act.
