21.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Planhigion Llysieuol 1995(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 5(d)(i), yn lle “the Vegetable Seeds Regulations 1993(2)” rhodder “the Seed Marketing (Wales) Regulations 2012(3)”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 8(4), yn lle “the Vegetable Seeds Regulations 1993” rhodder “the Seed Marketing (Wales) Regulations 2012”.

22.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Marchnata Deunyddiau Lluosogi Planhigion Addurniadol 1999(4) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1)—
(a)hepgorer y diffiniad o “Directive 77/93/EEC”;
(b)yn y diffiniad o “Directive 98/56/EC”, ar y diwedd mewnosoder “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) No 652/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council(5)”;
(c)ar ôl y diffiniad o “Directive 98/56/EC” mewnosoder—
““Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community(6);”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 9(2), yn lle “Council Directive 77/93/EEC” rhodder “Directive 2000/29/EC”.

23. Yn rheoliad 2(2) o Reoliadau Marchnata Cynnyrch Garddwriaethol Ffres (Cymru) 2009(7), yn lle’r diffiniad o “Rheoliad (EU) 2013” (“Regulation (EU) 2013”) rhodder—
“Ystyr “Rheoliad (EU) 2013” (“Regulation (EU) 2013”) yw Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 1308/2013 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor sy’n sefydlu trefniadaeth gyffredin ar gyfer marchnadoedd cynhyrchion amaethyddol(8), fel y’i diwygir o bryd i’w gilydd;”.
