14. In Schedule 10 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016(1), in paragraph 5—
(a)in sub-paragraph (4), for the words from “Regulation” to the end substitute “Regulation (EU) 2017/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council on mercury(2)”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (5).
