16.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Tynnu Dŵr a’i Gronni (Esemptiadau) 2017(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1)—
(a)yn lle’r diffiniad o “the 2010 Regulations” rhodder—
““the 2017 Regulations” means the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017(2);”;
(b)yn y diffiniad o “conservation site”—
(i)ym mharagraff (a), yn lle “regulation 10(5) of the 2010 Regulations” rhodder “regulation 12(5) of the 2017 Regulations”;
