35.—(1) Mae Gorchymyn Rheoli Salmonela mewn Heidiau o Frwyliaid (Cymru) 2009(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn erthygl 2, yn y lle priodol, mewnosoder—
“ystyr “Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EU) Rhif 200/2012” (“Commission Regulation (EU) No 200/2012”) yw Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EU) Rhif 200/2012 dyddiedig 8 Mawrth 2012 ynghylch targed yr Undeb ar gyfer lleihau nifer yr achosion o Salmonella enteritidis a Salmonella typhimurium mewn heidiau o frwyliaid, fel y darperir ar ei gyfer yn Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 2160/2003 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor (2).”
