treatment as a resident patient in—

i

a care home in England within the meaning of the Care Standards Act 2000 (c. 14),

ii

a place in Wales at which a care home service (within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 2)) is provided,

iii

an independent hospital, or

iv

a hospital within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1983 (c. 20), but not in hospital premises where high security psychiatric services within the meaning of that Act are provided;
