The Arrangements for Placement of Children by Voluntary Organisations and Others (England) Regulations 201134 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 3 (application of Regulations)—
(a)
after “school” insert “in England”;
(b)
after “the 2000 Act”, insert “or in a school in Wales at which a care home service, within the meaning of Part 1 of and paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, is provided”.
