The title of these Regulations is the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (Excepted Energy Buildings) (Wales) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations come into force on 8 June 2018.

These Regulations apply in relation to excepted energy buildings in Wales.

In these Regulations “excepted energy buildings” (“adeiladau ynni a eithrir”) has the meaning given in the Schedule to the Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) (No. 2) Order 20096.
