3.  In regulation 2 (interpretation) in paragraph (1)—

(a) in the definition of “energy efficiency requirements”—

(i) after “26A,” insert “26B,”;

(ii) for “40 and 43” substitute “and 40”;

(b) omit “excepted energy building”, “new dwelling”, “optional requirement” and “planning permission” and their respective definitions.
