Pasbortau anifeiliaid anwes: ffioedd

5.—(1) Y ffi sy’n daladwy i Weinidogion Cymru gan filfeddyg awdurdodedig am swp o 20 dogfen adnabod wag yw £56.

(2) Codir cost postio a phecynnu ar y milfeddyg awdurdodedig—

(a)pan na fo’r dogfennau adnabod yn cael eu casglu yn bersonol;

(b)pan fo’r milfeddyg awdurdodedig yn gofyn i’r dogfennau adnabod gael eu hanfon drwy’r post.

(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn—

ystyr “dogfen adnabod” (“identification document”) yw dogfen sydd i’w dyroddi a’i llenwi gan filfeddyg awdurdodedig yn unol ag Erthygl 22 o Reoliad (EU) Rhif 576/2013 ar gyfer symud anifeiliaid anwes o fewn yr UE; ac

ystyr “milfeddyg awdurdodedig” (“authorised veterinarian”) yw milfeddyg y mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi ei awdurdodi i gyflawni tasgau yn unol â Rheoliad (EU) Rhif 576/2013(1).
